How to get 100 chemistry in ultimate team

So you have good players but they just aren't a team they need one more wee thing to make then the best team ever. That thing is chemistry. And you need 100 of it. I will now tell you how to get that well needed thing. You need to have all the players from the same league. After that if you have 2 players from the same club play them in a position were they can link up. Example : if you have vermarlen from arsenal playing cb and fabergas playing cm make sure they link up. Another thing you need is to play your players in their real position.
